Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandising Manager

- Oversee the creation and rotation of show window displays, ensuring alignment with global brand standards.
- Coordinate the procurement and assembly of window kits in collaboration with central and local teams.
- Design and manage the setup of pop-up stores and special events, ensuring they reflect the brand's image and meet business objectives.
- Coordinate logistics for pop-up events, including site selection, layout design, and vendor management.
- Create engaging customer experiences through in-store animations and client events.
- Provide comprehensive feedback and reporting to the Central Visual Merchandising team.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Store Project, Advertising, and Merchandising to ensure project success.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Rhinoceros.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in Business English and Japanese.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 3 years in visual merchandising or a related field, with a proven track record of managing creative projects and delivering results within tight deadlines.
Degree in Design, Fashion, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
