1. Coordinate information and requests between VIP development, workshops, studio, and cross-functional teams.
2. Organize fittings and visits for VIPs.
3. Ensure follow-up on launches between various workshops and departments.
4. Manage and receive product launches.
5. Coordinate and track deliveries.
6. Prepare client events, including selections and logistics coordination.
7. Prepare marketing documents, sales information, and pricing in various currencies.
8. Communicate necessary information for model presentations on the sales application.
9. Monitor sales during events and prepare event summaries.
10. Respond to requests from different regions and manage order follow-ups, deposits, and payments.
11. Schedule fittings and oversee production and delivery with development, production, merchandising, and supply teams for made-to-order items.
12. Collaborate on new packaging creation and coordinate photoshoots for client lookbooks.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Project management skills.
3. Strong sense of confidentiality.

5. Excellent organizational skills.

8. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 2 years in a similar position is required.
