1. Assist the VIC Ambassador in providing exceptional service to VIP clients, ensuring all interactions are timely and in line with brand standards.
2. Welcome and assist VIC Ambassador's clients to ensure an outstanding client experience.
3. Support the VIC Ambassador by managing administrative and operational tasks, including reservations, consignments, and product transfers.
4. Participate in activities that contribute to the overall objectives of the VIC Ambassador and the retail PCA team.
5. Maintain organization and efficiency to enhance the team's ability to deliver stellar service.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues while maintaining composure and discretion.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Hourly rate ranging from USD $27 to $30, with the opportunity for a bonus.
