1. Coordinate the leather goods apprenticeship campaign with French sites and the Institut des Métiers d’Excellence.
2. Continuously improve the offerings and content of the École des Savoir-Faire with internal experts.
3. Contribute to the creation of training paths for leather goods artisans and tutors.
4. Ensure the application of workshop standards defined for ESF tutors and animate the tutor community.
5. Support the integration of the École des Savoir-Faire within workshops.
6. Update the dedicated ESF intranet page and produce the newsletter.

1. Enrollment in a business or engineering school, or equivalent, with a specialization in Human Resources, Communication, Event Management, or Information Systems.

1. Dynamic and adaptable with strong organizational skills and initiative.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Fluency in English.

No prior experience required.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
