4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations for both property and personnel.
5. Execute the curative and preventive maintenance policy as defined by the workshop management.
6. Guarantee the security of installations and effective management of business continuity plans.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives for industrial performance.
8. Optimize resources and costs of activities.
9. Manage investments and new construction projects.
10. Oversee a multidisciplinary team (technical, maintenance).

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in large-scale industrial environments.
3. Proven track record in project management and team leadership.
4. Experience in change management is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years in a relevant industrial setting with significant project and team management experience.
