1. Lead and mentor the team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
2. Ensure delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through modeling the brand's attitudes.
3. Identify development needs and partner with the Field Coach Trainer to create individual action plans.
4. Recruit and develop talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.
6. Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork and cooperation.
7. Support the team in building long-term client relationships and ensure a client-centric mindset.
8. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team.
9. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on local market insights.
10. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
11. Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team in achieving sales goals.
12. Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities.

14. Support inventory management and staff planning.
