1. Assist the Talent Acquisition & Campus team with daily operations.
2. Prepare PowerPoint presentations and update progress reports.
3. Draft and publish job listings.
4. Support sourcing and recruitment for permanent, temporary, and internship positions.
5. Organize internal events and team activities.
6. Update the onboarding and integration handbook.
7. Participate in press reviews and current affairs discussions.
8. Revise Talent Acquisition processes and templates.
9. Monitor the Graduate Program project.
10. Manage the calendar for the Head of Talent Acquisition & Campus Headquarters.
11. Coordinate candidate space scheduling and department reservation requests for seminars and events.
12. Oversee office supply requests and orders.

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
2. Desire to learn recruitment principles including candidate management and KPI tracking.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Fluency in French and English.
4. Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Pursuing a degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
