1. Create, develop, and coordinate an international community of stylists.
2. Design onboarding journeys and skill development programs tailored to stylist profiles.
3. Monitor performance using defined KPIs and deliver monthly reports.
4. Participate in annual profile reviews and contribute to the recruitment of new talent.
5. Build an annual animation plan including webinars, product launches, and key moments.
6. Develop product expertise within the community in collaboration with internal teams.
7. Manage weekly communications through dedicated community channels.
8. Propose and implement new tools to facilitate the sharing of best practices across regions.
9. Design an artistic and cultural newsletter to enhance client relationships.
10. Organize talks with inspiring figures from the world of luxury, art, or lifestyle.
11. Organize an annual international seminar in Paris, including logistics, content, and speakers.
12. Participate in regional seminars, either remotely or in person.
13. Support international in-store and off-site events, defining project teams and ensuring active on-site presence.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury industry.

1. Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
3. Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
4. Creative eye and strong aesthetic sense for content creation.
5. Excellent knowledge of the luxury world, including fashion, lifestyle, art, fine dining, and hospitality.
6. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
