Louis Vuitton Store Planning Executive

1. Monitor project progress and create direct order reports for project managers and stakeholders.
2. Manage project management documents, including project plans, budgets, schedules, and scope statements, under the supervision of the project manager.
3. Follow up with vendors and service providers on procurement and payment cycles.
4. Coordinate meetings between the store planning team and relevant department heads.
5. Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
6. Prepare and submit necessary documentation for internal and external submissions.
7. Maintain relevant store planning standard operating guidelines (SOPs).
8. Execute transversal projects initiated by zone or HQ management teams.
9. Manage pop-up or temporary store projects under the guidance of the project manager.
10. Provide administrative support to the Store Planning VP.
11. Maintain and update the zone store network deck.

1. At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management roles, or related fields.

1. High proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Photoshop.
3. Attention to detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with staff and management.
5. Excellent command of written and spoken English.
6. Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and highly result-oriented with a positive working attitude.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
