1. Lead and develop the store team through innovative and motivating management and coaching.
2. Inspire teams to build sustainable client relationships, ensuring adherence to the Louis Vuitton promise.
3. Demonstrate superb sales leadership skills, focusing on building client portfolios, driving client repurchase rates, and cross-selling.
4. Enhance business opportunities through efficient sales floor management while prioritizing the client experience.
5. Identify business opportunities and implement actions to achieve store goals.
6. Directly accountable for developing the business and supervising store operations and budget.
7. Recruit and build highly motivated, trained, and engaged teams.

Salary range of USD$145,000 - $155,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
