1. Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, through demonstrating and modeling the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
2. Support managers with consistent coaching, identify their development and training needs, and those of their team, partnering with the In-store Trainer to tailor individual action plans.
3. Hire, evaluate, train, position, and discipline staff in accordance with company policies to reflect business strategy and meet sales goals.
4. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively participating on the selling floor.
5. Continuously motivate sales staff to meet assigned sales and productivity goals.
6. Implement events and develop in-store incentives to grow the customer base, with emphasis on building the local market.
7. Provide forecasts for monthly sales targets.
8. Set achievable yet challenging team and individual targets for the store; assess, monitor, and manage performance to ensure these goals are achieved.
9. Uphold excellent quality and efficient customer service, monitoring staff performance to maintain high standards.
10. Aim to exceed customer expectations of Louis Vuitton services and products, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
11. Establish and implement action plans in cooperation with the Retail Manager to develop sales for each product category and clientele.
12. Be aware of the local trading environment and its impact on sales, including competitors’ activities.
13. Act as a brand ambassador to strengthen relationships with VIP clientele.
14. Translate strategic and business goals into concrete actions and objectives.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 4 years in management.
2. Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury retail industry.

3. Entrepreneurial spirit.
4. Presentable, creative, diplomatic, and detail-oriented.
5. Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
6. Strong computer literacy.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail sector, with a focus on management roles.
