1. Manage vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.
2. Support Store Management in workforce planning, considering traffic flow and staff availability.
3. Manage and order stationery, uniforms, and kitchen supplies.
4. Handle cash management and expense reimbursements.
5. Ensure compliance with Internal Audit guidelines.
6. Reconcile till sales with RMS sales and resolve discrepancies.
7. Input and maintain accurate competitor reports.
8. Liaise with HR Administration & Payroll on time sheets and other necessary information.
9. Maintain and update store HR trackers, including holiday and sickness records.
10. Manage new hire onboarding and leaver processes.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
12. Integrate fully with the store team and contribute to store objectives.
13. Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
14. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
15. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
