1. Maintain stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of stock rooms.
2. Proactively identify opportunities to improve stock operations and enhance the client experience.
3. Manage delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately.
4. Ensure prompt and accurate updates to the store regarding new stock arrivals, including exceptional items.
5. Interact with Supply Chain and manage My Product Request (MPR) to address client needs.
6. Participate in inventory counts and manage all stock movements and administration to minimize shrinkage.
7. Manage client deliveries and reservations as necessary.
8. Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently, communicating resolutions back to the store.
9. Ensure all deadlines are met concerning MY SR, Outstandings, reversers, and store transfers.
10. Support colleagues in reducing shop-soiled items and maintaining accurate inventory on the shop floor.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in stock management or a related field.
