1. Participate actively in the planning and execution of special projects and exhibitions within the Events Department.
2. Assist project managers in logistical coordination from conception to final execution.
3. Prepare and manage various coordination tools such as internal and external presentations, schedules, and inventory tables.
4. Handle orders, manage deliveries, shipments, uniforms, and stock.
5. Provide administrative support including purchase orders.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after events.

1. A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
2. Comfortable interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders, adapting communication as needed.
3. Enjoys collaborative work and integrates quickly into teams.
4. Capable of adapting to varied situations and taking initiative to anticipate needs.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Basic knowledge of project management or planning tools is advantageous.
3. Strong organizational and rigorous approach to work.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

No prior experience required, although a background in events or communication is advantageous.
