3. Identify opportunities for bespoke store concepts that align with country-specific needs, managing costs, schedules, and quality control with global and local teams.
4. Optimize design concepts to meet budget targets while maintaining high standards.
5. Lead and oversee architects, consultants, and contractors in collaboration with the store planning VP.
6. Liaise with local landlords and authorities to ensure compliance with guidelines and project requirements.
7. Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure adherence to standards and resolve issues.
8. Coordinate with suppliers for design preparation and authorization for project realization.
9. Manage logistics and custom clearance for HQ-nominated suppliers to ensure timely store openings.
10. Address challenges in the project lifecycle, identify potential crises, and define mitigation plans.
11. Travel frequently, approximately 30% of the time.

1. Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management in Design & Construction.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in store planning project management.
3. Experience in luxury retail design is highly desirable.
4. Strong knowledge of construction and millwork materials and methods for luxury environments.

3. Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, 3D software, and Photoshop.
4. Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.
5. Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

A minimum of 10 years in store planning project management, preferably within the luxury sector.
