Louis Vuitton Senior Store Planning Manager

- Drive and communicate global design guidelines to ensure each store embodies the brand's aesthetic and quality vision.
- Manage the entire project cycle from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Identify opportunities for bespoke store concepts that align with country-specific needs, managing costs, schedules, and quality control with global and local teams.
- Optimize design concepts to meet budget targets while maintaining high standards.
- Lead and oversee architects, consultants, and contractors in collaboration with the store planning VP.
- Liaise with local landlords and authorities to ensure compliance with guidelines and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and meetings to ensure adherence to standards and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with suppliers for design preparation and authorization for project realization.
- Manage logistics and custom clearance for HQ-nominated suppliers to ensure timely store openings.
- Address challenges in the project lifecycle, identify potential crises, and define mitigation plans.
- Travel frequently, approximately 30% of the time.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management in Design & Construction.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in store planning project management.
- Experience in luxury retail design is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction and millwork materials and methods for luxury environments.
- Effective communication across all stakeholder levels.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, 3D software, and Photoshop.
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
A minimum of 10 years in store planning project management, preferably within the luxury sector.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Project Management in Design & Construction.
