4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain and manage My Product Request (MPR) to meet client needs.
5. Oversee vendor contracts and monitor store maintenance.

7. Handle client repair requests, manage the repair process, and ensure quality issues are addressed.
8. Manage and develop team members in larger stores.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to the achievement of store objectives.
10. Support client advisors in optimizing operations to meet client needs.
11. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge, adhering to Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
