Louis Vuitton Senior Logistics Executive

- Design, develop, and maintain VBA macros to streamline workflows and enhance data processing efficiency.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards using Power BI for real-time insights.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to support strategic planning and operational improvements.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities through VBA automation and Power BI solutions.
- Maintain product restriction rules in SAP system for required countries.
- Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
- Proactively identify and rectify issues during shipping documentation preparation.
- Handle all shipment claims, including insurance-related claims.
- Integrate fully into Logistics team operations and contribute to achieving team objectives.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Logistics processes.
- Manage the destruction process responsibly, seeking sustainable alternatives for materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals, reducing environmental impact.
- Oversee ATA Carnet applications, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with Finance for Bank Guarantees related to ATA Carnet documentation.
- Coordinate with Country Logistics to meet event timelines.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with service providers to drive mutual success and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, VBA, and Power BI
- Knowledge of SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Understanding of shipping documents such as CITES Application and Certificate of Origin
- Vendor management and relationship-building skills
- Effective communication and people management abilities
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Adaptable and flexible to new ideas and procedures
- Independent and self-motivated
Minimum of 3 years in a logistics or supply chain role.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain
