1. Maintain product restriction rules in SAP system for relevant countries regularly.
2. Ensure timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
3. Proactively identify and resolve issues during the preparation of shipping documentation.
4. Handle all shipment claims, including insurance-related claims, both internal and external.
5. Integrate fully into logistics team operations to contribute to overall team objectives.
6. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and desk/work instructions for logistics processes.
7. Manage the destruction process responsibly while exploring sustainable alternatives for recycling and repurposing materials.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals, minimizing direct destruction and environmental impact.
9. Oversee ATA Carnet applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance with customs regulations.
10. Coordinate with the finance team for bank guarantees related to ATA Carnet documentation.
11. Coordinate with country logistics to meet event setup timelines.
12. Communicate effectively with vendors to build relationships and resolve issues.
13. Engage in proactive collaboration with service providers to drive mutual success and operational excellence.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.

1. Detailed-oriented and meticulous.
2. Highly adaptable and flexible.
3. Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
4. Knowledge of WMS is advantageous.
5. Understanding of shipping documents such as CITES applications and certificates of origin.
6. Proficient in vendor management and building strong customer relationships.
7. Effective communication and people management abilities.

Minimum of 3 years in logistics or luxury supply chain environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
