Louis Vuitton Senior Logistics Executive

- Maintain product restriction rules in SAP system for relevant countries regularly.
- Ensure timely delivery and compliance with customs regulations.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues during the preparation of shipping documentation.
- Handle all shipment claims, including insurance-related claims, both internal and external.
- Integrate fully into logistics team operations to contribute to overall team objectives.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and desk/work instructions for logistics processes.
- Manage the destruction process responsibly while exploring sustainable alternatives for recycling and repurposing materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sustainability goals, minimizing direct destruction and environmental impact.
- Oversee ATA Carnet applications, ensuring timely submission and compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate with the finance team for bank guarantees related to ATA Carnet documentation.
- Coordinate with country logistics to meet event setup timelines.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Engage in proactive collaboration with service providers to drive mutual success and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous.
- Highly adaptable and flexible.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of WMS is advantageous.
- Understanding of shipping documents such as CITES applications and certificates of origin.
- Proficient in vendor management and building strong customer relationships.
- Effective communication and people management abilities.
Minimum of 3 years in logistics or luxury supply chain environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
