Louis Vuitton Senior Client Advisor

- Provide exemplary customer service and act as a role model for the team, achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Warmly welcome all clients and continuously optimize the client experience through cross-category brand consultation.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through advanced clienteling skills, utilizing available tools to maintain and build long-term client relationships, and develop a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure the highest standards of brand and product knowledge are maintained.
- Actively participate as a team player in all activities that contribute to achieving overall store goals.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in appearance, demeanor, and behavior.
- Support the management team in daily operations, particularly in floor management, inventory, visual merchandising, client care service, and opening and closing duties.
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to develop the Client Advisor team through coaching, feedback, performance management, and structured integration of new team members.
- Assume responsibility for a product category or defined area, acting as the central point of contact in the store.
- Work closely with managers, senior roles, and experts to ensure target achievement and active team contribution.
- Serve as a liaison to the Head Office, providing insights and feedback on product performance, quality, client insights, local market conditions, competition, trends, and untapped potential.
- Relevant experience at management or assistant management level in retail or another service-oriented industry with a strong customer focus, such as hospitality or gastronomy.
- Fluent in German and English; additional relevant languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales and service orientation with enthusiasm for active floor work in direct contact with clients and teams.
- High resilience and enthusiasm for a dynamic, demanding work environment with the ability to maintain high energy levels throughout the workday.
- Authentic passion for luxury and fashion with an interest in a long-term career in brick-and-mortar retail.
- Strong sense of responsibility, high commitment, and a strong results focus.
- Empathetic personality, strong team orientation, and excellent communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
