1. Utilize the 'GREATER' selling approach in all customer interactions to enhance customer service and sales.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Handle customer objections independently, adhering to company guidelines.
4. Develop and strengthen customer relations to cultivate a repeat customer base.
5. Conduct follow-up calls to VIP clients to introduce new product lines.
6. Operate the Retail Management System effectively, including EOD/BOD and return procedures.
7. Support the Team Manager in implementing sales transactions, payment, and security regulations.
8. Assist in the completion of daily and weekly reports.
9. Manage in-store cash operations, including petty cash.
10. Assume decision-making responsibilities as Shift-on-Duty in the absence of the Team Manager, following Louis Vuitton standards.
11. Mentor Client Advisors by exemplifying high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and selling skills.
12. Apply company guidelines to coach sales associates as needed.
13. Ensure merchandise is properly received, displayed, stored, and maintained.
14. Undertake opening/closing duties, including inventory entry and reconciliation, in the absence of a Team Manager.
15. Facilitate inter-store merchandise transfers according to company guidelines.
16. Maintain visual merchandising standards in window and in-store displays.
17. Ensure a safe and clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties.

1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the luxury fashion industry.

1. Excellent product knowledge in Leather Goods, Shoes, Ready-to-Wear, or Watches and Jewelry.
2. Strong coaching and communication skills.
3. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
4. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
5. Computer literacy.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry is required.
