1. Oversee daily accounting activities to maintain the company's general ledger.
2. Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expense entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
3. Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
4. Complete and review all reconciliations for month-end closing, including accruals, provisions, and stock depreciation.
5. Maintain the fixed asset register and conduct booking and review of CAPEX.
6. Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts, including sales collection and bank accounts.
7. Review lease agreements and reconcile expenditures related to store charges.
8. Compute and record concession fees for consignment lease agreements.
9. Prepare intercompany re-invoicing and reconciliation.
10. Prepare documentation for annual and interim external audits.
11. Support the implementation of new tax laws.
12. Assist in budget and forecasting activities.
13. Prepare federal and special tax returns as required by regulatory agencies.
14. Collaborate with finance department members to support overall departmental goals.
15. Ensure consistent practice of company policies and procedures.
16. Perform other accounting duties as required.

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting roles.
2. Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
3. General knowledge of tax laws in the Middle East region.

1. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
2. Excellent analytical skills with a strong aptitude for numbers.
3. Hands-on experience with spreadsheets.
4. Proficiency in SAP accounting software.
5. Accuracy and attention to detail.
