1. Act as first line support for stores and vendors when required.
2. Serve as the focal point for administrative and technical support within the Security & Safety Function.
3. Liaise and negotiate with multiple vendors, ensuring all necessary documentation is maintained for compliance.
4. Monitor and manage on-site contractors.
5. Support with conducting and reviewing KPI audits with service providers.
6. Assist with risk assessment updating and creation.
7. Manage store EAS tagging requests and place orders as needed.
8. Provide support for minor works and store projects, in collaboration with the Facilities and Maintenance team.
9. Handle financial administration including Purchase Order Management and invoice approval.
10. Assist in responding to incidents as required, escalating as appropriate.
11. Maintain a flexible approach to working hours and be prepared to be ‘on call’ as required.
12. Provide operational support at on- and off-site events.
13. Manage the online health and safety platform.

1. Previous administration experience

1. Strong Excel skills, SAP a plus
2. Good communication skills both written and verbal
3. Ability to prioritize a varying workload and to work off own initiative
4. Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver to tight deadlines
5. Team player who enjoys working in a vibrant and multicultural environment
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional working relationships with both internal and external contacts

Beginner level experience in administration or related fields.
