1. Serve as a key liaison between the training department and other internal departments, coordinating scheduling and logistics for cross-functional training initiatives.
2. Prepare training materials, product samples, and demonstration tools for product training sessions.
3. Assist as a sub-trainer to ensure smooth training execution, supporting the lead trainer and engaging with participants.
4. Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the new digital learning platform.
5. Collaborate with the global team to optimize the digital learning platform to meet local training needs.
6. Manage user access, track training progress, and generate reports on platform usage and effectiveness.
7. Translate training materials from English into Japanese with accuracy and cultural sensitivity, maintaining the brand's tone and style.
8. Proofread translated materials to ensure linguistic accuracy, grammatical correctness, and consistency with brand guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
