1. Monitor and manage monthly headcount and productivity metrics across stores, collaborating with HR teams and store management to address staffing needs during peak periods.
2. Oversee temporary and external staff management, including agency relations.
3. Draft and disseminate job postings, manage candidate applications, and organize recruitment sessions for non-executive staff.
4. Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees, including contract management, integration schedules, and orientation sessions.
5. Engage with educational institutions and participate in recruitment sessions for apprentices.
6. Launch and track talent development initiatives such as RISE campaigns and OMR.
7. Organize and support team mobility, including feedback sessions and tripartite agreements.
8. Recruit and support apprentices and temporary staff, managing development and absenteeism.
9. Implement and oversee training plans for team members.
10. Conduct exit and return interviews, supporting managers in team development.
11. Train managers on HR tools and processes.
12. Manage administrative tasks related to employee lifecycle events, including entry, exit, and mobility.
13. Monitor absenteeism and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with compensation policies.
14. Coordinate and deploy HR processes and audits, manage CSE, CMIE, and professional risk actions.
15. Support and guide the Admin and HR team, including managing HR interns and apprentices.
16. Collaborate with store managers and department heads, providing operational HR support on the floor.

1. 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
2. Proficiency in French and English.

2. Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
3. Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach.
4. Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
