1. Coordinate the recruitment process for warehouse controllers, apprentices, and interns in alignment with Louis Vuitton International's established frameworks.
2. Develop and maintain dynamic partnerships with temporary employment agencies, local missions, and employment partners.
3. Identify, attract, and recruit high-caliber candidates for internships and apprenticeships, as well as strategic roles.
4. Support managers in recruiting young talent by implementing initiatives that enhance engagement and commitment, including school partnerships and ambassador programs.
5. Facilitate the integration of newly recruited warehouse controllers through comprehensive onboarding and training programs.
6. Conduct regular reviews with managers to ensure active management of new hires' integration.
7. Oversee the induction of interns and apprentices, providing them with the necessary tools for success.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (BAC+5) in a relevant field.
