1. Identify and manage talent pools within key retail domains, ensuring rigorous tracking of high-potential individuals.
2. Conduct career interviews and talent assessments to foster internal talent growth and mobility.
3. Collaborate with HR and talent communities across the Maison and LVMH Group to facilitate inter-Maison and inter-Group mobility and succession planning.
4. Lead the Organization Management Review (OMR) process in collaboration with operational HR teams.
5. Oversee annual performance review campaigns, including manager support and employee training.
6. Promote a culture of continuous learning and skill development at all organizational levels.
7. Identify training needs and implement training plans in collaboration with operational HR teams.
8. Supervise talent development programs and measure their impact on performance.
9. Ensure the implementation of talent acquisition policies and standards across all retail sectors.
10. Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including campus recruitment and seasonal campaigns.
11. Participate in EMEA and Maison initiatives, positioning France as a leader in these efforts.
12. Collaborate with the Métiers d’Excellence to strengthen partnerships within retail France.
13. Participate in the launch of new HR tools and data projects.
14. Engage in CSR initiatives related to recruitment and career development.
15. Manage and develop the recruitment and HR development team, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

1. Proven experience in talent management with at least 10 years in operational HR management.
2. Significant track record in talent development.
3. Prior experience in a retail environment is advantageous.
