1. Track and manage all incoming and outgoing samples for VIP events using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.
2. Maintain organization of the showroom and workroom.
3. Create PowerPoint presentations for fittings, showcasing sample availability.
4. Utilize Wearisma to track and update activity for giftings and brand events.
5. Monitor and compile social media coverage into weekly reports.
6. Manage large-scale product seedings for influencers and VIPs.
7. Coordinate with couriers and shipping companies for seamless deliveries.
8. Assist with international shipping documents, including creating invoices and proformas.
9. Support special projects such as awards season, shows, and local events.
10. Offer suggestions for brand-appropriate talent and influencers.
11. Support the Public Relations team with sample trafficking and logistics.
12. Maintain meticulous records of all samples, including international loans.
13. Coordinate timely transfer of samples with messenger and courier services.
14. Generate shipment invoices and manage international outbound shipments.
15. Input new samples into the Fashion GPS database and update reference documents.
16. Ensure the showroom is consistently neat and organized.

1. Currently enrolled or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field.
2. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
3. Able and willing to work on-site in New York City.

Beginner level experience in Fashion PR, preferably within luxury or agency settings.

Currently enrolled or graduate student in a related field of study.

Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour; Graduate Interns: $25/hour.
