1. Oversee daily operational effectiveness and develop store operations strategy.
2. Manage product flow, after-sales processes, and inventory control.
3. Ensure maintenance, store upkeep, and asset protection.
4. Administer and enforce policies, ensuring health and safety compliance.
5. Manage schedules and collaborate with management to optimize operations.
6. Enhance sales, customer service, and stock management.
7. Provide advisement and support to the Store Director with innovative solutions to complex business challenges.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar operational role within the luxury retail sector.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $95,000 - $105,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus.
