Louis Vuitton Operations Manager

1. Manage all aspects of product flow, team presentation, facilities, and health & safety.
2. Lead best-in-class operations by executing processes in line with company standards and policies.
3. Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure a positive team spirit, service and operations mindset, and seamless customer experience.
4. Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with store team and back of house teams to implement improvement initiatives.
5. Oversee physical inventory preparation and execution in collaboration with store, geographic leaders, and deliveries.
6. Ensure proper organization and execution of incoming and outgoing product flows.
7. Guarantee accuracy of stock records, minimize stock losses, and take actions to achieve stock objectives.
8. Ensure policies and procedures are respected and oversee accurate and secure end of day stock procedures.
9. Work with Management to ensure security risks are minimized and appropriate procedures are in place.
10. Manage store maintenance, including IT requests, issues, and updates in collaboration with local and central systems.
11. Support Store Manager to achieve business objectives related to sales service, stock, and profitability.
12. Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
13. Supervise opening/closing procedures and banking duties.
14. Support Store Manager with scheduling daily floor plans, trainings, operations, and rotations.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management within the luxury fashion industry.
