Louis Vuitton Operations Manager

- Manage all aspects of product flow, team presentation, facilities, and health & safety.
- Lead best-in-class operations by executing processes in line with company standards and policies.
- Collaborate with the store leadership team to ensure a positive team spirit, service and operations mindset, and seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with store team and back of house teams to implement improvement initiatives.
- Oversee physical inventory preparation and execution in collaboration with store, geographic leaders, and deliveries.
- Ensure proper organization and execution of incoming and outgoing product flows.
- Guarantee accuracy of stock records, minimize stock losses, and take actions to achieve stock objectives.
- Ensure policies and procedures are respected and oversee accurate and secure end of day stock procedures.
- Work with Management to ensure security risks are minimized and appropriate procedures are in place.
- Manage store maintenance, including IT requests, issues, and updates in collaboration with local and central systems.
- Support Store Manager to achieve business objectives related to sales service, stock, and profitability.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise opening/closing procedures and banking duties.
- Support Store Manager with scheduling daily floor plans, trainings, operations, and rotations.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in managing inventory and stock control.
- Ability to analyze data and implement improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
