1. Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve operational objectives.
2. Ensure the highest level of client experience through robust operational support.
3. Facilitate training on operational procedures and communication systems.
4. Oversee the preparation and packaging of client merchandise and manage the client delivery process.
5. Enhance business opportunities through efficient sales floor management.
6. Collaborate with the Client Care team to meet aftersales critical metrics.
7. Manage inventory and the shipping/receiving lifecycle efficiently.
8. Guide and train store teams on process and compliance directives.
9. Assist with store facility maintenance and organization of back of house areas.
10. Provide on-site technological support.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a similar role.

The position offers an hourly rate ranging from USD $29 to $34, with the potential for bonuses.
