1. Support the operation team in maintaining stock inventory in optimal condition, ensuring efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms.
2. Assist in delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock promptly and accurately.
3. Ensure the availability of the correct products on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize client experience.
4. Support store stock management as required.
5. Liaise with HR Administration and payroll regarding timesheets and other necessary information.
6. Assist Store Management in creating staff schedules, considering anticipated traffic flow, commercial elements, and staff availability.
7. Manage stationery, uniforms, kitchen supplies, etc.
8. Handle cash management and expense reimbursement.
9. Adhere to Internal Audit guidelines.
10. Comply with company policies and procedures.
11. Integrate fully into the store team, participating in morning briefings and contributing to the store's overall objectives.
12. Support Client Advisors in optimizing operations to better meet client needs.
13. Develop comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
14. Uphold Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.

1. 1-2 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably within retail brands.
2. Passion for the retail or service-oriented industry.
3. Client-centric, creative, proactive, and positive approach.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
3. Good command of Chinese and English.
4. Excellent team player with high levels of motivation.

1-2 years of relevant experience in store operations, preferably within retail brands. Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Operations Associate role.
