Louis Vuitton Occupational Health Nurse

- Conduct medical follow-ups for employees, including care, work accidents, occupational diseases, and medical visits.
- Serve as the primary contact for occupational health services.
- Implement necessary actions to safeguard employee health.
- Investigate work accidents and occupational diseases.
- Prepare for the return of employees from medical leave, including workplace adjustments.
- Monitor and analyze employee health alerts and implement health policies.
- Improve working conditions through ergonomic assessments and collaboration with continuous improvement teams.
- Organize and schedule training and refresher courses for workplace first responders.
- Analyze causes of care and accidents, implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain and update safety prevention plans and risk assessment documents.
- Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee on various topics.
- Act as a 'prevention advisor' for workplace ergonomics, conducting ergonomic analyses and recommending actions.
- Maintain and update various health and safety indicators and medical restriction records.
- Manage the care registry and administrative aspects of work accidents and investigations.
- Participate in additional HR team missions.
- State diploma in nursing with a specialization in occupational health.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong motivation, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge or training in ergonomics is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably within an industrial environment.
State diploma in nursing with a specialization in occupational health.
