1. Conduct medical follow-ups for employees, including care, work accidents, occupational diseases, and medical visits.
2. Serve as the primary contact for occupational health services.
3. Implement necessary actions to safeguard employee health.
4. Investigate work accidents and occupational diseases.
5. Prepare for the return of employees from medical leave, including workplace adjustments.
6. Monitor and analyze employee health alerts and implement health policies.
7. Improve working conditions through ergonomic assessments and collaboration with continuous improvement teams.
8. Organize and schedule training and refresher courses for workplace first responders.
9. Analyze causes of care and accidents, implementing corrective actions.
10. Maintain and update safety prevention plans and risk assessment documents.
11. Collaborate with the Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee on various topics.
12. Act as a 'prevention advisor' for workplace ergonomics, conducting ergonomic analyses and recommending actions.
13. Maintain and update various health and safety indicators and medical restriction records.
14. Manage the care registry and administrative aspects of work accidents and investigations.
15. Participate in additional HR team missions.

1. State diploma in nursing with a specialization in occupational health.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Strong motivation, rigor, and organizational skills.
3. Autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge or training in ergonomics is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably within an industrial environment.

State diploma in nursing with a specialization in occupational health.
