Louis Vuitton Metal Parts Collection Coordinator

- Conduct research and sourcing of metal parts for leather goods creation teams, ensuring alignment with stylistic requirements.
- Promote the use of sustainable materials and circular creativity, while managing budgets effectively.
- Maintain a continuous watch on material innovations and share insights with designers.
- Organize and manage orders and supply of materials for product prototyping, ensuring timely delivery.
- Create and update new materials in the database to facilitate project development.
- Coordinate sourcing activities between design teams and suppliers during the creation phase.
- Build and manage the collection in collaboration with material developers and project buyers.
- Ensure alignment of material strategy with project requirements and budget constraints.
- Engage with style and marketing teams to ensure coherent collection development.
- Lead supplier engagement through roadcamp initiatives.
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business School, University or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the fashion industry (Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Sportswear, Lingerie, Technical Clothing, Accessories).
- Strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in PLM systems is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in similar roles within the fashion industry.
Advanced degree in Engineering, Business School, University or equivalent.
