- Adopt a client-centric approach to drive business in collaboration with regional merchandising teams and central teams to achieve sales, sell-through, and profitability targets for the category.
- Participate in the development of the annual sales budget and Open to Sell (OTS) planning.
- Define and communicate commercial objectives for new and existing products each season to meet the annual budget.
- Identify key seasonal bets based on new products.
- Edit collections in preparation for showrooms in collaboration with the product team to meet business objectives.
- Define the seasonal assortment strategy for the category with a client-focused approach.
- Maintain an effective collection and assortment aligned with the overall category strategy.
- Manage purchasing for all new products from showroom preparation to launch.
- Ensure close follow-up with regions and commercial planning teams post-product launch.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clients, stores, and competitors through regular store visits and weekly communication with regions.
- Brief the product team each season on market trends and category needs to contribute to effective collection building.
- Lead regions with a comprehensive vision for the Hardsided & Extraordinary business.
- Communicate daily with the product team on strategy, plans, and business follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with supply chain teams to monitor performance, forecasts, rebalancing, and sell-through optimization.
- Brief and collaborate with the central VM team to ensure strong product visibility aligned with business and image priorities.
- Ensure cross-functional coordination across Women's and Men's Universes.
- Coordinate and define clienteling action opportunities with the Client Development team for Extraordinary products.
- Develop synergies with Extraordinary métiers (e.g., Rarex Ready-to-Wear, High Jewelry/Watchmaking, Exotics) on client profiles and experiences.
- Participate in events to build relationships and sales with top clients.
- Monitor event performance results.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or zone merchandising within the fashion and luxury sector.
- Strong affinity for luxury markets and competition.
- Product sensitivity, particularly in high-end products such as watchmaking and jewelry.
- Excellent English proficiency; French proficiency is highly desirable.
- Open-mindedness and curiosity with a good understanding of diverse cultures and markets.
- Result-oriented with a strong client focus.
- Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
A minimum of 5 years in retail or zone merchandising within the fashion and luxury industry, with deep client knowledge.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
