1. Prepare weekly reports and updates, including store rankings and sales reviews.
2. Coordinate stock transfers and manage stock assortment for caravans.
3. Assist in the preparation and coordination of high-end category campaigns, including watch orders and supply chain follow-ups.
4. Manage non-selling tools such as packaging and props, and coordinate stock for pop-ups and store openings.
5. Distribute GIA certificates to stores to complete high jewelry sales.
6. Draft and distribute weekly newsletters and update communication tools with product news and delivery ETAs.

1. Ability to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2026.
2. Keen interest in the luxury fashion industry, particularly in watches and jewelry.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
2. Strong organizational skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
