1. Manage the magazine library, ensuring timely receipt of the latest publications.
2. Support the maintenance and monitoring of print production timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines and delivery of assets.
3. Oversee competitive tracking of digital displays throughout the internship period.
4. Assist in the maintenance of internal online media tracking tools.
5. Analyze competitor reporting and tracking data to support internal planning and strategy.
6. Download and organize all social media assets to a shared drive on a campaign-specific basis.
7. Extract SKUs from the website to support product-focused social advertisements and conduct ad hoc stock checks, flagging any out-of-stock items.
8. Monitor lightbox rotation by maintaining allocation records and verifying layouts against established campaign guidelines.
9. Undertake ad hoc projects as required to support the media team.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study.
2. Legally authorized to work in the US.
3. Able and willing to work at the assigned location or relocate to NYC.
4. Available to work part-time for Fall 2025 with a start date in late August.

1. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
4. Passion for fashion, media, and brand storytelling.

Beginner-level experience, with prior exposure to the fashion or advertising industries considered advantageous.

Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.

Undergraduate Interns: $20/hour. Graduate Interns: $25/hour.
