1. Participate in and lead various continuous improvement projects at the Malissard Hub.
2. Support the deployment and performance enhancement of the Hub's activities.
3. Reorganize logistics flows to optimize processes.
4. Contribute to the implementation of transformation projects.
5. Enhance warehouse tools and systems.
6. Conduct diagnostics using Lean Manufacturing tools.
7. Evaluate and monitor the impact of transformation actions.
8. Implement progress actions and track the advancement of action plans.
9. Propose and execute corrective actions to meet targets.
10. Collaborate with logistics teams to meet daily operational needs.

1. Currently enrolled in the third year of an engineering school or a master's program specializing in industrial systems management, integrated production, logistics, or lean management.

1. Strong organizational and listening skills.
2. Proven ability to work with precision and responsibility.
3. Interest in hands-on, field-based experiences.

Ideally, candidates should have some initial experience in an industrial environment.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or a specialized master's program.
