1. Optimize and oversee the efficient flow of goods from Distribution Centers to points of sale and clients.
2. Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless transportation processes.
3. Address and resolve transportation-related issues for stores and digital teams.
4. Identify and implement innovative solutions through data-driven analysis and process improvement initiatives.
5. Manage relationships with store and digital teams, providing relevant and reliable information such as delivery lead times and order follow-ups.
6. Provide immediate support regarding shipments via email and phone.
7. Relay requests to appropriate departments such as Distribution Center, Sales Admin, and Supply Chain.
8. Manage daily and weekly performance of transportation vendors and implement corrective actions.
9. Oversee small parcel activities, ensuring continuity, proper traceability, and reporting.
10. Deploy short-term and day-to-day activities to ensure efficient response to logistics strategy.
11. Coordinate with the Distribution Center and vendors to ensure end-to-end monitoring.
12. Address discrepancy reports and collaborate with the warehouse on missing parcels or parcel issues.
13. Work with vendors to define action plans for process, method, and tool improvements.
14. Collaborate with logistics and finance departments to simplify invoicing payments, cost savings, and reconciliation processes.
15. Liaise with IS&T and Distribution Centers to ensure proper report triggering and propose improvements.
16. Encourage the implementation of environmentally conscious alternatives.
17. Propose transportation strategies, including alternative modes, shipping partners, and risk assessments.
18. Analyze existing processes to reduce costs or improve service levels.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Logistics, Transportation Management, or Supply Chain operations, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry.

1. Elevated and sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Strong presentation skills.
3. Vendor management expertise, particularly with small parcel vendors.
4. Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with Power Query and Power BI is a plus.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Fluency in French is a plus.
7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of seasoned experience in logistics, transportation management, or supply chain operations, preferably within the retail or luxury goods industry.

Annual salary range of USD $110,000 - $120,000.
