1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail or Collection Merchandising, with a preference for experience in Leather Goods.
2. Strong analytical and synthetic skills to handle complex data and propose relevant action plans.
3. Professional proficiency in English.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and Anaplan.
2. Adaptability and responsiveness.
3. Result-oriented with the ability to collect and utilize information effectively for decision-making.
4. Strong understanding of the Fashion and Leather Goods market.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
