- Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
- Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent acquisition.
- Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
- Contribute to the integration of new employees by preparing employment documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Maintain and monitor HR dashboards, including recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism metrics.
- Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
- Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, such as employer branding and process redesign.
- Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
- Facilitate HR communication within teams.
- Provide support to the HR team on daily and recurring tasks.
- Monitor and support the intern/apprentice population through mid-term reviews and end-of-term assessments.
- Currently pursuing higher education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
- Proactive with a strong ability to propose and initiate solutions.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for human interaction and a desire to contribute to talent development.
- Creative mindset with strong writing skills.
- Preferably, previous experience in a similar role.
- Interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data management.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ideally, candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or a related field.
