1. Assist in the planning and execution of prestigious events within the Exhibitions and Special Projects division, including jewelry, watch, and perfume events, as well as cultural partnerships.
2. Support project managers in logistical coordination from concept to final execution, including preparation of internal and external presentations, schedules, inventory management, and administrative support.
3. Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations before, during, and after events.
4. Engage in project tracking and familiarize with industry-specific tools and methodologies.

No prior experience required, though a background in events or communication is advantageous.
