2. Optimize written communication by defining clear and concise steps in work documents.
3. Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with production teams to ensure the effectiveness and relevance of new procedures.
5. Undertake additional tasks as assigned based on motivation and departmental projects.

1. Currently pursuing an Engineering degree in industrial systems management, integrated production and logistics, or continuous improvement.

1. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing tools.
2. Strong computer skills.
3. Interest in hands-on field experiences.
4. Excellent integration and adaptation abilities.
5. Strong organizational and teamwork skills.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing an Engineering degree.
