1. Oversee the development of new products during the industrialization phase.
2. Collaborate with the project manager post-validation by the modelist to ensure product aesthetics.
3. Propose industrialization solutions respecting deadlines, costs, and quality standards while aligning with the Design team's expectations.
4. Design and coordinate the creation of production tools and templates.
5. Develop production processes in collaboration with development references.
6. Create technical dossiers for the outsourcing of material and removable component cutting.
7. Enhance and monitor products in series production, managing product diversification and implementing modification requests.
8. Update tools, technical dossiers, and product nomenclature.
9. Participate in quality audits and liaise with internal and external quality services, other sites, and subcontractors.
10. Integrate health, safety, and environmental considerations into new product development.
11. Collaborate with ergonomists and occupational health services to anticipate and address ergonomic risks before production commencement.
12. Adapt equipment and tools to meet ergonomic requirements of the workshop.
13. Optimize raw material usage during project execution.

1. BTS or Bachelor's degree in fashion, leather goods, textiles, or modeling.

1. Proficiency in design fundamentals, including reference, tolerances, and dimension chains.
2. Mastery of industrial processes.
3. Strong visual-spatial ability.
4. Knowledge of leather goods or textile industry.
5. Familiarity with CAD software.
6. Understanding of workshop equipment and tools.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Organizational, analytical, and methodological rigor.
