- Plan and execute product rotations in alignment with the VM calendar, collaborating with the In-store VM Manager and store management.
- Work closely with the Merchandising and store management teams to ensure store changes align with business needs.
- Report and provide feedback to the Country VM Manager and Store Managers after each rotation.
- Maintain high standards through strong floor presence and frequent training of store teams.
- Support store events and special requests, ensuring seamless execution.
- Assist with out-of-store event setups and maintenance.
- Coordinate with the Country office, suppliers, and business partners for flawless window installations and campaign image integration.
- Manage product rotations according to the window guide.
- Ensure the store environment meets the highest luxury standards.
- Oversee the reordering of props and maintain cleanliness of in-store storage areas.
- Background in Visual Merchandising with over 2 years of experience in retail, particularly in multi-category fashion brands.
- Professional attitude with a keen sense of style, art, and fashion.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a responsible team player with a passion for the brand.
- Proactive and strategic mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible and extended hours.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
