1. Synergize and bridge relations between the store and corporate Client Development team, acting as a store representative in market-wide initiatives.
2. Translate global and regional Client Development strategies into tangible clienteling experiences within the store.
3. Collaborate with Store Management to plan and execute the store's calendar of events, animations, and gifting arrangements.
4. Coach and monitor the store team's clienteling activities, fostering a client-focused mindset through workshops and coaching sessions.
5. Ensure consistent delivery of extraordinary store experiences, upholding Louis Vuitton's brand promise and clienteling standards.
6. Identify and leverage market best practices and innovative clienteling solutions.
7. Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring Client Advisors to maintain high standards in grooming, greeting, and hosting.
8. Co-host or support during complex selling moments, particularly with top clients and VIPs.
9. Partner with the Client Development team to define the store’s client gifting strategy.

1. 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or private client relations.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury retail market, trends, and clienteling best practices.
3. Passion for luxury, fashion, and lifestyle, particularly the Louis Vuitton brand.
4. Client-focused mindset with high standards of quality and excellence.

2. Coaching and team management experience.
3. Creative thinking with a willingness to propose new ideas.
4. Collaborative team player with high empathy.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with business analytics tools like PowerBI is a bonus.
6. Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is desirable.

Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or private client relations.
