Louis Vuitton Human Resources Specialist

- Monitor and manage monthly workforce productivity across stores, collaborating with HR teams and store management to identify staffing needs during peak periods.
- Oversee temporary and external staff management, including agency relations.
- Draft and distribute job postings, manage applications, and organize recruitment sessions for non-executive roles.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, including offers, contracts, integration schedules, and probationary follow-ups.
- Engage with educational institutions and participate in recruitment sessions for apprentices.
- Launch and track talent development campaigns and organize manager schedules.
- Coordinate team mobilities, including developmental missions and staff replacements.
- Recruit and support apprentices and temporary staff, organizing training plans.
- Conduct exit interviews and support managers in team development.
- Administer personnel management, including administrative entries, exits, and mobility tracking.
- Manage absenteeism and disciplinary actions, and communicate compensation policies.
- Organize and implement HR processes and coordinate HR audits.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and risk management policies.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
A minimum of 5 years in Human Resources is required.
