1. Support the Senior Talent Manager on priority projects including job description audits, talent acquisition KPI tracking, and development of training content.
2. Develop strategies to enhance employer branding on the Career Site, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
3. Assist in budget management, vendor communication, and on-site support for HR events.
4. Collaborate with Compensation and Benefits and Legal teams to update benefits and compensation templates.
5. Participate in special projects as needed.

1. Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.
2. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
3. Available to work full-time on-site in New York City for Fall 2025.

Undergraduate interns will be compensated at $20/hour; graduate interns at $25/hour.
