1. Develop managers to ensure their teams deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to staff and clients through consistent coaching and tailored development plans.
2. Drive innovation and business growth by fostering a culture of engagement and high performance, enhancing productivity and retention.
3. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as Louis Vuitton policies and procedures.
4. Partner with Internal Communications for effective communication rollout across the region.
5. Manage and administer the Performance Career Review (RISE) campaign to support and enhance team performance.
6. Oversee the Organizational Management Review (OMR) for talent identification, development, succession, and retention.
7. Collaborate with the Director of Talent Development and other HR leaders to maximize succession planning and development.
8. Identify key training needs and work with the Director of Talent Acquisition and Retail Training to implement effective strategies.
9. Lead the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in developing a comprehensive talent acquisition plan.
10. Advise and coach managers on employee relations cases, ensuring alignment with company policies and local legislation.
11. Conduct complex employee relations investigations in compliance with company and local laws.
12. Partner with the C&B Director to complete the Individual Compensation Review (ICR) annually.
13. Ensure accurate payroll and benefits administration in line with local legislation.

1. Significant experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior HR role, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and leadership development.
2. Prior experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.
3. Excellent coaching and mentoring skills with a proven ability to build a high-performance, engaged work environment.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
5. Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
6. Deep understanding of performance management processes and talent management.
7. Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Minimum of 10 years in a senior HR role, preferably within the retail industry.

The basic salary for this role ranges from $190,000 to $210,000, depending on experience, plus additional package.
