1. Manage recruitment processes for temporary contracts, internships, and apprenticeships, including job postings, candidate selection, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Optimize staffing during peak activity periods in collaboration with team members.
3. Develop and maintain partnerships with educational institutions to enhance talent acquisition.
4. Participate in recruitment events such as forums, fairs, and school meetings.
5. Contribute to the integration of new employees by preparing hiring documents, monitoring probation periods, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
6. Update and manage data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
7. Maintain and track HR dashboards, including recruitment, workforce, and absenteeism metrics.
8. Coordinate temporary assignments for employees.
9. Actively contribute to innovative HR projects, including employer branding, process redesign, and onboarding initiatives.
10. Support teams in implementing HR projects and processes.
11. Facilitate HR communication within teams.
12. Assist and support the HR team with daily and recurring tasks.
13. Monitor and support the internship/apprenticeship population through mid-term reviews and end-of-term evaluations.

1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program in Human Resources or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated rigor, agility, and autonomy in task management.
3. Proactive with a strong ability to take initiative.
4. Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
5. Passionate about human interaction and committed to talent development.
6. Creative mindset with strong writing skills.
7. Previous experience in a similar role is ideal.
8. Interest in the luxury and retail sectors.
