2. Support the logistics and organization of managerial development training, both remote and in-person.
3. Actively participate in the maintenance and enhancement of development tools and programs for employees.
4. Contribute to the design and implementation of projects, including mentoring programs and career path development.
5. Adapt to evolving responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

1. Organized and detail-oriented with a foundational experience in Human Resources.
2. Strong customer service orientation and ability to achieve quick results.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable in multicultural settings.
4. Creative and proactive in proposing improvements.

1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
3. French language skills are advantageous.

Entry-level experience in Human Resources is required.
